Lindow Properties LLC Rental Application

All applicants 18 and over must submit an application. Proof of income, and a copy of your driver's license or state I.D. must accompany all applications.  Applications are processed in the order received.  If an application is not fully filled out, it will not be processed.  We do require that the property is viewed before we will process an application.   After we review the application and get a rental reference, we will contact you to collect the application fee.  The application fee is $45 per applicant.  We do perform background and credit checks.  Applicants' income must be three times the rent amount to be considered. We participate in the Crime Free Program.  

​Our pet policy is one pet under 25 pounds, in buildings where pets are allowed.  Additional fees apply.  Not all buildings are pet friendly.  

All lease agreements are a minimum of 12 months. 

After an application is accepted, the security deposit must be put down in order to claim the property.  The move in date should not be more than 30 days' from the date of providing the security deposit.  The security deposit will not be returned until the 12 month lease term has been met.
