We are a local business with local roots.  We grew up here and are current residents of this area. Our goal is to provide quality rental properties that will positively affect the communities in which they exist.   As a family run business, we all take pride in what we do.  We have even been the recipient of The City of Troy's Project Pride Award.

We own and manage all of the properties we offer for lease.  As a result, we take great care to maintain and update the buildings, so that all residents can have a home they are proud of. Many of our buildings have been built by us to our strict quality standards.  We offer one, two and three bedroom residences in Collinsville, Maryville, St. Jacob and Troy.
